Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local warehouse time) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • During peak demand periods, processing may take slightly longer
  • Each order is inspected, packed, and frozen-sealed before dispatch to ensure quality

Domestic Shipping Only (USA)

Piesemorus currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We deliver to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses

We do not deliver to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses

Our cold-chain logistics partners ensure that all frozen goods remain at safe temperatures throughout transit.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer reliable refrigerated and frozen shipping services to maintain product integrity.

  • Standard Frozen Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Cold Shipping: 1–3 business days (available in select areas)

All shipments are packed with insulated packaging and dry ice or gel packs to preserve freshness during transit.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight
  • Selected shipping method

Occasionally, we may offer:

  • Free shipping on orders above a certain threshold (promotional periods only)

Any applicable shipping discounts will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Local Delivery & Pickup

Piesemorus does not offer local delivery or in-store pickup.
All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers to ensure proper temperature-controlled handling and consistent quality standards.

Returns, Changes & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain strict handling policies:

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or changed
  • Refunds or replacements are only issued if:
  • Products arrive thawed or damaged
  • Incorrect items were delivered
  • Packaging integrity is compromised

All claims must include photo evidence and be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Delays & Service Interruptions

While we strive for timely delivery, certain factors may cause delays, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High seasonal demand
  • Holiday shipping congestion

We appreciate your patience during such circumstances and always work with carriers to minimize disruptions.
